Payment Methods

Autopay – Never miss a payment! Payments are processed 3 days before your due date.

By Phone – Call (24/7) – (507) 291-3232 to use our automated system.  Or call us at 888-933-9743, we are happy to take your payment Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 4:30pm.  

By Mail – Include your remittance stub(s) and mail to: Dakota Natural Gas, 1900 Cardinal Lane, Faribault, MN 55021.  

BillPay (Your Bank) – Set up BillPay through your bank.  A paper check will be mailed to us.

By Cash – Money order and cashier’s checks are accepted only at our main office.  No change can be provided.

• Credit/Debit Card Fee: 2.75% (min. $1.50)
• No fee for checking or savings payments
• Mail & BillPay: Allow a minimum of 2 weeks for USPS delivery
