Utility Payments for Active Military Personnel

North Dakota law provides that a public utility, such as Dakota Natural Gas, Inc. must not disconnect the natural gas service of a residential customer if a member of the household has been issued orders into active duty, for deployment, or for a permanent change in duty station during the period of active duty provided that the customer enter into an agreement with DNG to make payments toward his or her utility bill.
