Response to COVID 19

DNG’s priority has always been, and remains, to provide our customers with safe, reliable, affordable natural gas service. As our entire community faces the challenging times posed by the current COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that we remain committed to meeting your natural gas needs. We appreciate your trust in us and we want to honor that trust by sharing our pandemic-related plans with you.

In an effort to continue providing uninterrupted natural gas service and to protect the health of our community and employees, we are doing a number of things, including the following:

  • DNG is monitoring and communicating with federal, state, and local agencies and health organizations to stay on top of ever-changing information and coordinate DNG’s responsive measures.
  • If you are struggling to pay your natural gas bill, please contact our office to make arrangements.
  • DNG has implemented safe staffing modifications and workplace precautions to protect our employees while still ensuring that we are available to respond to emergencies and to continue delivering safe, reliable natural gas service to you.
  • DNG technicians will make every effort to resolve issues without the need to enter your homes or buildings; and, if they must enter, they will exercise safe distancing and have appropriate personal protective equipment to help decrease any viral exposure.
  • DNG will work with you to reschedule any non-emergency meetings and to serve you without face-to-face encounters until further notice.

We encourage you to visit North Dakota’s COVID-19 Resources page for additional information on obtaining assistance: https://ndresponse.gov/covid-19-resources

At DNG, we always strive to take care of the people we serve. Today is no different. While we are all facing new challenges, DNG is doing everything that it can to maintain uninterrupted service for you so that you can put your focus where you need it most – your health and safety. Thank you for being a DNG customer. We are proud to be your partner and face community challenges like this together.

Sincerely,
